Anglo Canadian Oil Corp. is a Western Canadian junior oil exploration and land company. Anglo is listed on the TSX-V exchange as “ACG”. Anglo has a commanding land position in the oil rich Nordegg Member formation, comprising 269 sections (172,160 acres) in and around the Grande Prairie region of North Eastern Alberta. Anglo holds a 100% interest in this dominant position. The shaley Nordegg Member is a known source rock in the Western Sedimentary Basin. Anglo is well positioned to benefit from the latest multi-stage fraccing techniques to extract the immense amount of oil which is trapped in Anglo’s Nordegg lands.
Additionally, Anglo produces heavy oil from its 20 section (12,800) 100% interest in a Bakken play in South West Saskatchewan, around the Kindersley area.
